We ate at Bolsa for brunch many months ago with my husband's parents, and I cannot stop thinking about their "Horsey" pickles. They taste like bread and butter pickles with a nice bite of horseradish flavor. I've searched the Internets, but I haven't found that combination of pickles for purchase. Today I'm trying to make my own horsey pickles. I've added two tablespoons of horseradish to one jar of pickles, and I'm letting them soak together in the fridge. I hope my version will be a close cousin to Bolsa's horsey pickles.
