This morning we made blackberry preserves. My husband likes to call them my preserves without preservatives since I don't like to use "Sure-Jell" in my jellies. My favorite thing to do is research recipes and then create one recipe that combines the best parts. I'm a champion blackberry cobbler baker, but this is my first time to make blackberry preserves...and I think it's a success!
