The Boomerang Effect

When it comes to plays and musicals I usually agree with Ouiser Bourdeaux: "I do not see plays, because I can nap at home for free..." Which means when I discover theater that is interesting and entertaining, then I have to share the news. This weekend we saw Matthew Leavitt's The Boomerang Effect in Los Angeles. It's a 90-minute show that peeks into the lives of five interrelated couples. The actors were so great that it felt like you were watching real couples. All the actors are fantastic, but I was laughing the most when Kat Bailess ("Best Night on Earth") and Jonathan Slavin ("This is as serious as a dead baby.") were on stage. Go see this show.
