A sliver of my personality is still the fat kid of my youth. It's my birthday week, and I've treated myself to Peanut Butter Cap'N Crunch- the forbidden cereal of my youth! Of course, I'm not 13 years old I'm about to be 31 years old- so I mix my sugar cereal with All-Bran in order to keep my body from going into shock.
