Oh No! My favorite house in Lakewood is for sale. It has soft modern lines, it sits on a 1.16 creek-side acres in the middle of Dallas. It's like being in the country, but it's in the middle of the city. It's spectacular. It reflects my style, and I think we need to buy it. It's for sale for $1.3M, but the problem is that we're short $1.3M, which means we won't get to buy my favorite house in our 'hood. Oh No!
